Windows 10: Please help! Desktop windows manager eating up my gpu (rtx 3060 ti)

Cpu is an i70 10700 32gb ram

This program is eating up to 30% of my gpu while gaming and streaming. This issue came out of no where as this was not happening yesterday. The only difference is that I (finally) got a 2nd monitor for my pc. Please help!
