Please help. Everytime I press letter s and number 3 on my laptop keyboard the page keeps refreshing? What seems to be the problem?

2.Did you try connecting a external keyboard check if the issue persist?

Some letters and numbers are not working on laptop's keyboard

So as the title of this post says , some letters and numbers on my keyboard won't work i.e I can type the numbers and letters b , c , l , 3 but not a , 1 or 2

I've tried reinstalling the keyboard's drivers , uninstalled them , turned off sticky keys but with no result.

Could someone perhaps help me fix it ?

 

frozen keyboard plzz help

I really need help my keyboard keeps freezing ive done everything from updating my windows to checking my keyboard settings i even checked for viruses on my laptop. everytime i press certain letters or numbers they wont pop up.

i have to press multiple times just to get a single letter to pop up. and other times it runs smoothly. someone plzz help
