Windows 10: PLEASE HELP!!! EXPLORER DOES NOT OPEN AT ALL

Im stuck on a black screen. Tried using task manager to open explorer, the windows refreshed but explorer wasnt open. I can open file explorer but explorer.exe that runs the background DOES NOT WORK. I tried restarting multiple times, using CMD but nothing works. This happened after I went back to windows 10 from windows 11. PLEASE HELP!!!

• Open the File Explorer and try to search for files.
• In the toolbar, open the View tab and click List
  to change the view.
• Once changed, close the File Explorer.
• Open the File Explorer again and try to search to see if the setting has been retained.

File explorer will not open on windows 10

As a workaround, we suggest that you follow these steps to access windows explorer using the
Run dialog box. By doing this, we may identify if you can navigate Windows through this method. To do this, follow the steps below:

• Press Windows key + R on your keyboard to open the run dialog box.
• Type explorer and press Enter.

In case your system will allow you to navigate through this process, we recommend that you continue performing the in-place upgrade procedure.
