    PLEASE HELP I ACCIDENTALLY WIPED MY C:\ DRIVE


    i was doing a windows update and my battery died so i charged it again and it was bootlooping and i tried to factory reset by formatting my C:\ drive and i thought it would keep system files but i was wrong and wiped my whole C:\ drive. I was using windows 11 pro and now its gone. And i dont have a usb stick!!! What do i do???? Please help! My pc is a ezbook x3 jumper. And very few have support.. Please let me get back windows.

    How did I wipe a disconnected drive while performing a fresh install?

    Hi codyfarris

    From your description, that drive was connected, when you were wiping partitions from the other drive, is it possible you accidentally wiped that deive as well, it is the logical conclusion

    What method did you use to wipe those partitions, did you use Diskpart - list volume. Diskpart list disk or some other commands?

    C drive marked as active accidentally.

    I accidentally marked c drive as active through disk management in windows 10 and now the bios is saying no operating system is found. Please help!

    C: Drive Admin Share Keeps Enabling

    I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.


    • Press Windows +E,

    • Right click on C: drive.

    • Select Sharing Tab.

    • Click on Advanced Sharing.

    • Uncheck “Share this folder”.
