Please Help. I have locked a device that showed the incorrect location in my Microsoft account. Now I cannot log in to that device. The message that appears on the sign in screen is "An administrator has restricted sign in. To sign in make sure you are connected to the internet. Let your administrator first sign in. I have done that, but still is not able to unlock my device. I am in my Microsoft account on another device, but nothing happens. Please assist.

• Are you facing this issue on a local account or the Microsoft Account?

Please follow the below steps and check if it works,

• Press “Windows key + I” to open the Settings screen.
  

I suggest you to sign out from the current user account, restart the computer and then sign in to the Administrator account to check if this helps
