Windows 10: Please help me change my inexistence local account's email address to the correct one

I want to change my current email address on my laptop local account. The problem is that the current email address I use right now is a typo and actually does not exist. So every time I tried to change it to the correct email address, I couldn't due to the inexistence of the email. Even if I add other emails, it won't do anything because the email address that is displayed is a typo. Please help me to resolve this problem.

Your concern about using the correct email address can be facilitated by adding and deleting user accounts on your device. Successfully created profiles can be changed to either a local or an administrator account as well as adding a name that would appear
on the logon screen. Editing profile details, which includes the registered email address, are currently unavailable. We'd recommend performing the following to add and delete user accounts on your device:

Add a user account

You can perform the steps posted on this
link. The link will provide steps for Home, Professional, and Enterprise editions of Windows 10. It will also provide the needed steps to make sure that the new account is set as an administrator.

Delete user account

• Search and launch Settings using Cortana.
• Click on Accounts.
• Click on Family & other user.
• Under Other users, locate and click on the account that you need to remove.
• Click on Remove.
• Follow on-screen prompts.

Unauthorized Emails from my account?

It is more than likely that your email account was hacked, either by a virus sniffing your password, or just simply hacked.

Either way, change your password on your email account. Unfortunately the damage by already be done. They already have your contact list and your email address associated with that contact list. There is nothing stopping them from sending out emails using their own SMTP servers to everyone on your contact list and claiming the emails are from your email address. They don't actually have to have access to your yahoo account or even any yahoo server to send emails to people that come from your address.
