Windows 10: Please help me find a hard case for my new HP computer, I have tried so much, cannot find...

How do I find what kind of hard case I can buy for my HP computer. These numbers on back of computer do NOT work. I have gone to Amazon like the store told me to, and they have a million different hard cases for HP computers. Can someone please help me, so I can get an outer hard case for my brand new HP 15 inch computer. NO, the box I bought it in did not hav any numbers on it,lol just FYI wil someone please help me??

Help choosing a new case

Don't really know how to help you. You are being vague. Here is what I would do. Choosing a case is aesthetics first. Shop NewEgg and list the cases you like and list them. Members will suggest the best choice from your selections.

 

Unable to access HP Simple Pass to Sign-in to the computer on Windows 10

• Do let us know the make and model of your computer?
• Have you installed HP simple pass software on your computer?

Try the below steps and check if it helps.

Step 1: I suggest you to download the latest HP Simple Pass software from the manufacturer's website install it and check if it helps.

Step 2: If you have already installed the software, I suggest you to re-install it and check if the issue persists.

Follow the steps to Access Recovery Manager:

• Press Start button from the keyboard, type Recover Manager.
• Select Recovery Manager from the list when it becomes available. Allow the action to continue, if prompted. The
  HP Recovery Manager opens.
• Click Software program re-installation, Next , select
  HP SimplePass for the listing and then follow the on-screen instructions to reinstall application

No Usb 2.0 on new HP laptop.

There are several reasons why you are having issues accessing the pictures on your 2 external hard drives. To isolate the issue, kindly answer the questions below:

• Have you tried using another USB cable on your external hard drives and see if you will still experience the same issue?
• What other troubleshooting steps have you done so far?
• Have you tried to connect your external hard drive to other computers beside your desktop PC and HP laptop?
