Windows 10: Please help me find files with special characters inserted by Windows before I literally...

Hello brainy people.I am running Window 10 Pro; OS Build 19045.4651 I have tried many ways to find files with ““ in them. It has worked in the past but I can’t find that note which gives me the correct search information. Today I have tried: filename:*1~=”“filename:~=”“filename.* [no semicolon]filename:~"1*"***.find. -name '* ~'"filename: type:NOT“file folder” All the above are from Google searches, the same way I found the magic words the first time. Grateful for any help.

How to insert text symbols and special characters in windows

There are few ways to type symbols in Windows 10.

1 - Search "charmap" in windows search to find symbols. Character Map app will appear with a list of symbols.

2 - Use ALT key code to type text symbols.
