Windows 10: Please help me identify what is causing my system to crash while gaming.

Hi all, I get green screen crashes when I game; no error message, just a bright, green full screen, nothing works and need to hit the reset button to restart. The crash can happen 2 minutes in or 2 hours in, depending on game, but it will happen at some point. I have run every stress test, benchmark & diagnostic tool like literally all and any I managed to get my hands on under the sun without any issues. I've also reseated GPU, tested RAM stick by stick and reinstalled Windows twice. I also have no overclock on either CPU, GPU or RAM.I currently have 22 WHEA dump files in Event Viewer

Increase the window size step by step and watch your vga temps permanently.
What happens?
If it crashes, run at stock speeds as suggested before and retry.

P.S.: When your system locks, does the display signal turn off after a time?
Stuttering sound or no sound at all when freezing?
What X1800XT model do you own exactly?

Since the game is crashing, the first thing I would suggest is to reinstall the game and then check if it helps. I would also request you to place the computer in clean boot and then check if it helps.

Putting your system inClean Boot state helps in identifying if any third party applications or startup items are causing the issue. You need to follow the steps from the article mentioned below to perform
a Clean Boot.

Please, complete your System Specs so we may better help you. I didn't see a PSU listed there.

A software conflict is also a possible cause of the random crash you're experiencing when playing games. To determine if an installed program is causing the crashes, I suggest performing a clean boot.

Be sure to check you're running the newer GPU driver, and your Graphics card settings are correct.

Check Device Manager for driver conflicts.
