Windows 10: Please help me solve this issue on my hp mini laptop

So I did a reset on my hp mini laptop and after that it got to the resetting stage where I think got stuck on 7% but lack of patience made me turn off the laptop by removing the battery and then I restarted it which then showed me choose your operator with the same windows and I clicked on one of it but it kept taking me back to the same message like a loop. so then I changed the automatic default time to run the operating windows to 5 seconds ever since my laptop would come on and then go off almost immediately over and over again. I don't know what to do. Please help me out. Thank you

HP Mini 2140 OS Install

Oh damn. I remember those HP mini laptops... Some of them even had dedicated or integrated Nvidia cards that could run L4D and other steam games. Those laptops paved the way for the HP DM series of laptops.

No help but seeing HP mini made me feel extremely nostalgic

- this suggests BIOS corruption or a hardware problem...
Whilst you might try flashing the BIOS (updating it may be necessary to run Win 10- witness your problem above), you also say you have access to it.
Do you hear any beeps or sounds?

Check the version of your BIOS vs that listed on HP's site for your laptop.

I'm also wondering if this might be related to your CMOS battery inside your laptop. (This should be a normal circular battery).
How to replace the CMOS battery
- but that's just a thought.

Sorry that's not how to create a bootable disk. All that disk is is data storage- as you just copied the files to it.

However, given the above, doing that isn't likely to help you I'm afraid.
