Windows 10: Please help me, "something happened and your PIN isn't available"

Hello I bought a gaming laptop during December 2020 and it came with windows pre-installed, it worked like a charm until today, I used the optimize option from the app nvidia GeForce experience, as a game I was playing seemed to be working slow, and for the same reason I decided to restart my device, and while restarting it showed so and so unnamed apps or processes were preventing me from shutting down so I waited for it work things out and it shut down, and after it restarted this weird message saying "something happened and your PIN isn't available" occured, I have been using the PIN ever s

Printer isn´t working after latest update.

After the latest update from Windows, my Canon Pixma ip6600 printer isnt working. In Device Manager it shows up as working properly but when I go to print it isn´t listed as an option in any programs. Troubleshoot suggests it´s a USB 2 printer on a USB
3 port and that that´s the problem but that cant be since it worked fine before the update. I´ve tried to uninstall and plug it back in but that doesn´t work either.

Since you have a Microsoft account, you should see this instead
Microsoft account sign-in options




If this doesn't work, there are other procedures available to consider.
--- Some of them include registry changes.
--- Are you familiar with working in the registry?

BTW, have you saved your data along with a system image backup ready?

 

Pin Login not available and can't change or remove my pin

Hi Saschavan,

To help you disable your PIN login, kindly follow the steps below:

• Go to this location: Settings/Accounts/Sign-in options
• Check the PIN options and click the I forget my PIN available to click?
  
• Enter your password, it will prompt you to enter a new PIN.
• Click Cancel and your PIN should be disable upon reboot.
