Windows 10: Please help me update my laptop.

Hey, so my laptop is in a weird state,Explanation:So i cannot update my laptop at all from an error that has been there for a while. I have not updated the laptop at all in 3 years due to this. I tried everything using registry troubleshooter but it just won’t work i tried resetting my laptop and it cannot reset. I tried using the update assistant and it doesn’t work. I tried to use cmd to fix it but you guessed it, it doesn’t work does anyone have a solution for this please i cannot access the microsoft store and anything Microsoft related due to not having the update so i would like to ask e
