Windows 10: Please help me, windows problems blue screen game crashes and reboots I already did a fresh...

Hi my PC was working perfectly fine until I regfrettable tried to overclock my ram, I tried to research as much as I could, found out my ram die type and gave it well under the recommended OC voltage, but it started having problems blue screens and crashes so I reverted back to my original XMP profile but the problem still persisted,Then I did a fully clean reinstall, formatted my drives and installed windows from USB and it was still having issues game crashing, blue screen and hard reboots, so I followed some steps to do DISM repair stuff and sfc /scannow and I think that has made things

after monthes of running system it was fine then on windows 7 it blue screened after looking it over myself and getting advice from local pc shop they suggest upgrading os will fix the issue so I upgraded to win 8.1 and along followed the blue screens now again upgrading after more advice I'm on win 10 and the bluescreens followed as a bad pool error rebooting I have included the requested report please help as spending the $150 the local pc shop wants is my next step

 

all games crash!

ive watch my temps and both the cpu and gpu are within normal ranges. when it freezes it simply freezes the image and stops the sound. i must reboot to get back to windows.
