Windows 10: Please Help me with BSOD with DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE - 0x0000009f

Hello! I keep getting a BSOD every couple of hours and it's starting to get annoying. I took a look at the dump files and tried resolving this myself and first thought it was my display adapter that was causing that but it turns out it isn't. I recently upgraded most of my drivers but can't determine what the problem is. BSOD DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE 0x0000009f

Hi,

I've got BSOD when cold start the computer.

Computer is DELL Alienware Aurora R8.

I already open a support case at DELL support.

All drivers, chipsets and BIOS are up-to-date.

Windows 10 ver 1909 (18363.693) is up-to-date

Graphics pilotes are up-to-date too.

I'va done advanced analyse with Driver Verifier and WinDbg (Windows Debugger).

The WinDbg report invokes xusb22.sys

If I correctly understood, when the PC boot with bluetooth enable, it try to connect to the gamepad controller but crash with "A device object has been blocking an Irp for too long a time". No problem when boot with bluetooth disable.

DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE, 0x0000009f afer wakeup

hi,
recently ive been getting [table][tr][td]DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE[/td] [td]0x0000009f[/td] [/tr] [/table]

after wakeup from sleep. Two new things have happened before it started, but dont know if its connected.

updated to insider 17744.1003 and updated intel driver to 24.20.100.6286.

Any clues whats going on?
