I tried all the quick menu tries in settings, devices, restarting computer. There is not a button on Bluetooth in devices to turn it on or off. I am unable to use a bluetooth number keypad, which is fully charged. It actually seems there is no Bluetooth on my computer at all anymore This is a Dell inspiron 16, brand new to me in December. Thank you.

This error may be caused by a corrupted Bluetooth driver in your device. To help you fix this, go to Device Manager
to ensure that you have the latest Bluetooth driver installed on your PC.

• Type Device Manager in the search box on the taskbar. Click it from the list of results, and then expand
  Bluetooth.
• Right-click the Bluetooth radio, then select Properties.
  Select Driver tab then click on Update Driver.

In case that Windows doesn't find a new driver, you can check the manufacturer's website and follow the instructions there.

After updating your drivers, you will need to pair again your Bluetooth headphones on your PC.
