Windows 10: Please help, microsoft store is breaking my laptop, what do I do?

It keeps flashing from light gray to white really fast, if I close it it opens back up in 1-2 seconds and says I need to update but goes back to flashing really fast so I can barely answer, if I say update/not now it looks normal for a few frames then goes back to flashing and I can’t open any other app. I can only partially get rid of it by managing to open google and start typing, but that only makes it not show up, I still can’t close it or open any other apps. I didn’t even open it in the last few weeks, it randomly broke!Note: I can’t access the task bar either, nor cl
