Windows 10: Please Help My Computer Freezes

My Computer started to randomly freeze it self even in idle.

I Power down the OreoJay using the physical button (My bad) Last time because out of nowhere my CPU Fan Stopped working and the laptop won't shut it self until the laptop cools down. Today I started the Laptop and log on to it after like 10 minutes it freezes. I measured the idle temp (40°C) and the CPU utilization and my Ram All were normal, again it freezed. After that I poped out my CMOS battery and popes it back in few seconds, still same and tried removing one ram trying it again and vice versa. same. After that I went to Advance option in start screen and tried to reset after it hit 6% it freezed and the problem still persists. Please help me ! I tried memtest and aida64 benchmarking (memtest OK, Aida 64 Full load 70°C)
