Windows 10: Please help! My laptop reads “Pc Infected with trojan-type spyware” says to contact Windows...

Please help! My laptop has a ton of Security Warnings, says my “pc infected with Trojan-type spyware”, and that “access to this pc has been blocked for security reason”. Theres a recording telling me that my ip address has been used without my knowledge or consent and that I need to call Windows Security Helpline. What do I do?

Help PC infected with a Trojan

Hello my PC is infected with Trojan. I attempted to use malwarebytes, and it cannot find the threat.

I tried a factory reset, and it seems to be back every time it finishes the proccess.

They application files are -

idle-threads.exe

semaphore-threads.exe

latch-threads.exe

I know for certain the first one is the trojan, the other two seem suspicious help would be appreciated.

Infected with a Trojan.

I got infected with a Trojan and displayed the following message.

Zesiot.com says: Harddisk_Rootkit_Trojan_Hijack.exe

Call Microsoft support to get immediate support and assistance with Windows Defender Software.

Errorcode 0XA297SA when trying to open Windows Defender.

Can anyone help?
