Windows 10: PLEASE HELP MY MICROSOFT ACCOUNT HAS BEEN HACKED AND THE HACKER CHANGED EVERYTHING...

please help i got notification that someone from kazahstan is trying to get into my Microsoft account and about 10 seconds after I saw he changed my email password everything and now I cant sign in from my main account!!!!!!!!!!!

Also may I suggest you change email accounts to one of the following.....

Gmail
Outlook

The reason is they both use "Step two verification". This style of verification means even if a hacker gets your password they cannot log in to your account. You see every time someone try's to log in that hasn't been verified you will get a text or a phone call giving you a final code to log in. Its very easy and simple to setup also. The great thing is once you setup your Email application with a specific "application password" from that account you never have to log in again AND your account is protected from being logged in from foreign entities.

I like the new outlook personally however Gmail is also damn good. Gmail also has an IP tracker that allows you to see WHERE the account has been logged in from. Anyway let us know if you wanna change over and have any questions. We will be happy to help and welcome to TPU!

 

Can someone please help me to stop being repeatedly hacked by the same hacker?

The account that I am currently writing this on is continually being hacked by the same person, and they keep logging back in to change the password. You might ask.. "Why not just change your email or phone number so the hacker can't keep 2-step verifying
the account and regaining access, thus locking you out?".. GREAT QUESTION!! Well whenever I fill out the form and regain access to the account to change the password, I can't change the email or phone number for 30 days.. by the end of the next day the hacker
logs back in, changes my password again, and has access. Every time I regain access the stupid 30 day waiting period begins again.

If anyone anywhere has a way around this horribly built security by Microsoft, I would be ever so happy to be rid of this hacker.

By the way, I called and started live chats with agents who tell me "There is absolutely no way around the 30 day waiting period." So here I am.. in an endless loop of hack-recover-hack-recover-hack.

Help?

 

Microsoft Account: Hacker changed security email address

Hello, I’m Virginia an independent advisor with 20 years of expertise in fixing my own & friends’ PC problems.

Did the hacker change any phone number added to the account?

If not or there’s no number connected then recover the account & once you have access to the account back (however temporarily) turn on 2-step authentication & add your phone number, this will lock out the hacker. Then you can await the 30 days to fully recover
the account.

I would also change the password if possible.
