    Please help my sister


    Hello I'm asking this question on behalf of my sister: She has recently been blocked out of her email account and she has tried contacting Microsoft support but it won't allow her to log in and verify her account due to the blockage. The blockage is stopping her from both sending and receiving emails. Her email is very important and she needs this resolved as soon as possible.Please can someone let us know what we can do to solve this issue?

    Remove account

    I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
    To delete an account, follow these steps:
    1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
    2. Type the following command and press Enter. Replace test with the name of your sister's account. Code:
