    Please HELP my WD my passport is readying but not opening after installing Windows 11.


    Please help and advise on how to fix my portable drive. It picks up when I plug it in but some how it has lost its name now only showing up as F: and not my passport any longer and my whole pc freezes when I try to open it. I have updated the drivers. I have reinstalled the drivers the works and nothing is helping. I have also tried to go to create and format disk to make a new path but it doesn't show anything in the disk management when the drive is plugged in. I can't even access the normal pc info it's just a blank screen.
