Windows 10: Please help my Windows 10

This update rotates only for 66 percent then will stop and starts over again to ZERO. Nothing happens for the past 4 hours updating my Windows. I know my internet is not fast like the other but it should be able to handle the update and it should be successfully installed but its not working. Its been 2 days now im trying to update my windows 11. Help me.

• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
