Windows 10: PLEASE HELP PC games crashing 3 months after on a new build.

IntelR CoreTM i9-14900KF, 3200 Mhz, 24 Cores, 32 Logical Processors Nvida 4090 ddr5 6400 new build for 3 months - games started to crash on opening and sometimes when playing - ive done dsk/sfc, reinstalled windows a bios update took xmp off bought new ram, done occt and it looks normal. temps are average, clean install with ddu for graphics driver used old graphic drivers with the same result, im presuming this could be a hardware fault, is there anything anyone can help me with. the system does not power off or shut down just crashes to desk top. this is happening on different games

3 month old PC crashing when gaming

3 month old PC crashing when gaming. BSOD with WHEA_ UNCORRECTABLE ERROR and IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL also event viewer says kernel tracing error, volgmr error and kernel 41 error drivers updated and uninstalled Ethernet driver because I though it was the issue Nvidia 4070 is up to date
