Windows 10: Please Help regarding WINDOWS PROCESSES BEHAVIOUR AND PERFORMANCE ISSUE.

Win10 user. I recently downloaded Adobe Lightroom from the official website and then deleted it a couple of days later. However, after two days, I noticed a change in my PC’s performance. Previously, when my PC was idle and not connected to the internet, I had around 40-45 background processes and 90-95 Windows processes. But now, after the change, it’s reaching 50-55 background processes sometimes even 60 and 100-105 Windows processes, with memory usage increasing by about 250 MB. I would suggest you to perform System Maintenance troubleshooter on the computer and check if it fixes the issue.
