Windows 10: Please help, several BSODs and freezing

Hello, thank you for taking the time to review my issueFor the last year or so I have been having issues with freezing, but being ignorant I ignored it as it was infrequent. However lately the issues have gotten more severe and more common and I am struggling to find resources on how to determine what is causing issues. For majority of the time, I could use my PC without issue as long as I had a video game running in the background, but now it can't go for longer than an hour without a BSOD or freezeFrequent error codesNVIDA LocalSystem ContainerMEMORY_MANAGEMENTSYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_H

BSOD and freezing

Yesterday I started up my laptop from hibernating and it freezes, after restarting several times I get a BSOD which freezed on the BSOD one time.
After restarting again the laptop freezed at the Welcome screen.
I have had the freezing before, it was gone for about 2 months.
I did not install any new hardware.
Now it seems to run fine again.

But what is causing the freezing and the BSOD?
I bought this laptop last January.

So you are saying a PSU can never cause a computer to Freeze/BSOD...???

im reading this however the issue is it freezes and doesn't bsod so I don't get a dump file.

Use memory dump to collect data for the physical computer that's running in a frozen state"If the physical computer is still running in a frozen state, follow these steps to enable and collect memory dump:

does this bit mean I can create a memory dump by pressing the control key?
