Windows 10: Please help stuck in reboot loop BAD SYSTEM CONFIG INFO

Hi! I am not very smart with technology. I am 16 years old and this is my first computer I've had it's a hand-me down from my aunt. I already cane on here and did everything under the sun to try and get out of this loop. I turned on my PC after not touching it for two days. I was met face to face with the blue screen of death for the first time and panicked. I tried everything. Including the system restore didn't work, resetting the pc entirely trying to wipe everything off and start at a clean slate. Each time I'd try to fix it, it would say it ran into a issue and would repeatedly reset. I

when i reboot my machine i get bad system config. info but after it goes the distance to 100% it reboots fine i am whitts end trying to figure this problem out, any help would be appreciated

Got it. In that case switch to the WinRE Repair Mode or bootable media provided in this tutorial which includes everything possible to get Windows started, up to if necessary replacing the User account in order to save the install, doing an automated Reset, or the gold standard Clean Install:
