Windows 10: PLEASE HELP! The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck.

My computer keeps switching off randomly, mainly when using an internet browser, or Word, Excel or PowerPoint,I have researched to the best of my ability, I don't know what else to do?!The bugcheck was: 0x00020001 0x0000000000000001, 0x00000f0001b25d90, 0x0000e6725ef1bf4c, 0xffff198da10e40b3A dump was saved in: C:\Windows\Minidump\021125-16265-01.dmp. I understand that your computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. I’ll certainly assist you with the issue.



However, please let us know:

1. When exactly are you receiving the error?
   
2. What is the make and model of the computer?
   
3. Are you aware of any changes made to the computer prior to this issue?
   
4. Which build version of Windows 10 is installed on the computer? Refer Which version of Windows operating system am I running?
   

If you are receiving a Blue Screen error, I would suggest you to share the dump files so that we can analyze them and get to the root cause of the issue. To share the files Navigate to C:\Windows\Minidump, upload the files to OneDrive and share the OneDrive link.



Meanwhile, I would suggest you to remove any external devices attached to the computer apart from keyboard and mouse and check if that helps.



I would suggest you to refer the troubleshooting steps mentioned in the article Troubleshoot blue screen errors.

I have setup of windows server 2012 cluster machines.any one of the machine is always rebooting from bugcheck with below error coad.

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000001e (0xffffffffc0000094, 0xfffff801dac14256, 0xffffd001d794db30, 0x0000000000000011). A dump was saved in: C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: 021219-123437-01.

please suggest a solution for this i am frustrated due to this issue now..
