Windows 10: Please help to solve Windows Update that will not update 0x80070643

Hello,I am running a PC with Windows 10 Pro 64.The PC is fine except for this error message after I try to do a Windows Update. Windows Updates update fine except for Windows Defender only that will not updateWhen run the Windows Update I get this error message -There were some problems installing updates, but we'll try again later. Try to apply the update manually As suggested by Microsoft. I just wrote a
step by step guide.

However be sure that the update itself is downloaded and that the installation part is failing, and not the downloading part.
