Windows 10: Please help, trying to figure out why i spend so much money and this is still hard to deal...

Please help.. i tried an windows update last night. When i had clicked on update and shutdown, my pc had froze. So i waited a few minutes, alr my pc is still froze ima just reset it. I reset it then went to bed, not thinking anything of it. Well, i wake up, my hdmi was hooked up properly. My pc wouldnt send a signal to my monitor for some reason, so i reset it once again. Not thinking anything of it. I get to the msi loading screen its instantly stuck at "Your'e 96% there" "Please keep computer on". Alrighty no big deal, so i wait 3 hours literally still stuck on 96%. Well okay so i started do

MSN Money - wrong figure for AUM

1) Bug in MSN Money

Step 1: Go to msn money

Step 2: Go to "expert portfolios"

Step 3: Choose "ETFS"

Step 4: Sort the data according to "Net assets high to low"

Step 5: Choose "list view"

Step 6: you will see wrong info for AUM for all companies. Interestingly, if i stay with "card list" it shows the correct amount for AUM. Follow the link and see for yourself: Need help.

2) Help with getting data to Excel

I find the information in card view useful and I don't want to change to "list view". I don't like "List View.". It doesn't show "category" and "risk potential". So, I prefer "card view". The problem is that when I tried to copy the info to Excel from "card view," it is very messy and i have to spend a lot of time to get this information like a list. If i had gotten this information from "list view," it would have been listed and formatted properly. Can anyone tell me how to do it? Please msn money fix this issue, if you are listening.

Another Money App 'An error occurred, try refreshing' Error

I experienced the same problem, both Home page and Watch list pages were not refreshing in MSN Money as of early May. Specifically, on the Home page the new articles would not refresh. The market "ticker" was refreshing.

I ran through the steps suggested by Mosken and...

• The Watchlist page is now fixed - operating as it did before. It was fixed after I ran the system troubleshooter and I had to BOTH 1) Repair and then 2) Reset MSN Money.
  
• The Home page seems to have refreshed the new articles, but only up to 1-Jun-2022 (today is 9-Jun-2022)...so something is still broken on that page.
  
• I also ran the noted commands from an elevated prompt. While the first one did find some corrupted files (and fixed them), those fixes did not help fix the MSN Money app.
  

Note: I did NOT reset Windows or any steps like that. Everything else is running fine; it was just these two sections of the MSN Money app that stopped working.

As per your query, I suggest you to try running the Money app in compatibility mode and check if it helps.

Follow the below steps:

1) Go into Control Panel by Pressing Windows key + x.

2) Click "Security and Maintenance".

3) Left side of screen, under "System and "Security", click "Programs".

4) Under "Programs and Features", open "Run programs for previous versions of Windows".

5) Scroll down the list to Money 2004.
