Windows 10: Please help! Unable to update Windows 10 for 2 years! (0x8007042B - 0x20000D The...

Please help, I have been having this issue for 2 years, I am stuck on Windows 10 v 1607 and have been unable to update from it. I have tried virtually everything that has been posted on the internet about trying to fix this error. I have tried renaming the softwaredistribution folder, catroot2 folder, running sfc /scannow(results in some error that it could not be run), Windows Update troubleshooter, and much more. I am going to provide the setuperr.log below(WARNING ITS LONG!)(its so long i have to split into to two different paste bins...)

Please for the love of God help me fix this issue!

Error code: 0x8007042b GMAIL SETUP IN MAIL APP

I can't add my gmail account to the mail app in windows 10. When i go to add account and select google, the following error message pops:

Something went wrong...

Sorry we were unable to do that.

Error code: 0x8007042b

I don't have a 2 step verification in gmail. What do I do now?
