Windows 10: Please Help, Windows 10 *thinks* I don't have an internet connection

A couple of weeks ago, I got a new router supplied by my ISP. I switched out the routers, sent the old one back. I do not know if this was just bad timing or if this is what is causing my issue. I have been on a couple of calls with my ISP and they say it isn't on their end.I only noticed the issue when I tried opening a couple of apps Spotify and EA Launcher. I uninstalled Spotify first and tried reinstalling from Microsoft Store only to be told that I need an internet connection to sign in... I HAVE an internet connection. I went into my settings to see if I could figure out why Micros

Method 1: I suggest you to run the internet troubleshooter as below and check if it helps.

• Type Troubleshooting in the search bar.
• Once the window open click on View All
  located on the left navigation pane.
• Locate and select Internet Connection and run the in build troubleshooter
• Follow the Onscreen instructions.

Windows 10 has a built-in troubleshooter to check and fix issues with Internet connection. I would suggest you to run this troubleshooter to check if the issue is with your internet.

Refer these steps:

• Change the view by option on the top right to
