    PLEASE HELP Windows 10 Wont load after downloaded


    Build I9 unlocked 9900k 3.6Hrtz 1080 Gigabyte NVidia 2 × 16GB DDR4 RAM RipJaws 2 x 500GB 860 EVO ASUS Prime z390-a

    I have recently replaced my Motherboard, CPU, and RAM because my Motherboard was fried prior. Because of that I replaced my ram and cpu due to that issue. Specs are above.

    After loading my windows media tool into my computer and downloading Windows 10 Home to my computer. After it finished the download and restarts it would freeze AFTER the Bios break screen.

    PLEASE HELP!

    Brings system to 16299.192

    List of improvements and fixes found here.(page doesn't want to load with IE, for me anyway, works fine with Edge though)
