    Please help! Windows 11 updates are not installing. The install error code is- 0x80071a91....


    Please help! Windows 11 updates not installing for: 2024-12 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 23H2 for x64-based Systems KB5048685 and 2024-11 Cumulative Update for .NET Framework 3.5 and 4.8.1 for Windows 11, version 23H2 for x64 KB5045935. Install error code is- 0x80071a91.Troubleshooting hasn't fixed it

    Windows 11 0x80071a91

    Hello.
    Unfortunately, after a reset, the updates have refused to install with the error code 0x80071a91. The updates are KB5010386 and KB5009469. I've also received such with both older and newer updates including even the newest Cumulative update KB5010414.
    Is there any other way to resolve this? The other steps suggested have also been a flop, unfortunately.

    could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
