Windows 10: Please help with 0xc000021a

So I made a mistake. I downloaded a game from ocean of games and deleted it on that same day because i got scared and turned of my pc and now it just infinitely restarts. And all the solutions I found involve getting in to desktop which I can't do or getting into bios where I think my pc starts to fast because I spamm f2 but nothing happens and after 1 second the on screen indicator for which button to press disappears. Please help I need this pc to start I have to sell it
