Windows 10: Please help. Xbox networking issues on pc.

I was trying to play cod mw with my friend whose on xbox and the xbox game bars party was not working AT ALL. Now me being the dummy i am i try to and fix this problem with the power of google. I went into apps and reset the xbox app, game bar and stuff. This didnt fix anything so i tried to follow another guide and go to "services" and tinkered mainly with xbox live networking service at the end and the ip helper, restarting them and starting them to try and fix it up. This didnt fix it either but now i try and play grounded from the xbox app with my friends on discord and nothing releated to xbox lives multiplayer is working. Cant make a game or join a host. I think its because i messed with those settings, is there anyway i can fix this? Or am i stuck with never being able to xbox store games ever again.

Can’t connect Xbox one controller to pc

Still no fix for xbox one controller issue freezing the pc and beeping after 2 weeks!!!
