Windows 10: please how can I permanently delete unknown devices found already paired in my brand new...

how to permanently remove/delete two unknown devices/phones in my Bluetooth settings that keeps saying "Remove Failed" anytime i tried deleting these unknown devices in my laptop while the other which is "icspring camera" would delete at first but later after switching bluetooth off and then on, "icspring camera" shows up again not deleted... is someone watching me through this camera and whose devices are these other two devices saying Failed to remove??? I bought this laptop a brand new one with carton but I'm seeing devices I never paired to it in it!!! I'm also suspecting if the technician

Cannot pair Arc Touch mouse; too many unknown devices

A user wanted a wireless mouse for his Surface tablet. I grabbed a brand new and tested it by paring it with a brand new Surface tablet in the office and did not unpair it.

When I went to the user to pair the mouse, his Surface could not find it. It found 20-30 other unknown devices but no mention of the mouse right next to it unless it was one of the unknowns(??).

Does an Arc Touch mouse allow to be paired to multiple devices? Or were the unknowns an indicator of interference? Other Surface tablets in that office also showed 20-30 unknown devices in their scan and they couldn't find it either.

 

X800 GTO2 = Unknown Device

I flashed the BIOS on my X800 GTO2 last night and it is listed in the Device Manager as an Unknown Device. Is this normal?

 

Cannot pair brand new Microsoft Bluetooth mouse 3600 with brand new Lenovo X1 Windows 10 Pro

I cannot pair a brand new Microsoft Bluetooth mouse 3600 with a brand new Lenovo X1 laptop running Windows 10 Pro. Lenovo Bluetooth driver is up to date. Laptop Bluetooth manager rarely sees the mouse but still cannot pair showing the message to check if
the mouse is still discoverable. Any suggestions?
