Windows 10: Please How do i go about this Virus Win32/Expiro.EB!MTB, Win64/Expiro.DD!MTB

Please How do i go about this Virus Win32/Expiro.EB!MTB, Win64/Expiro.DD!MTB on My windows 11 it gradually taking over my PC, The Notification form windows defender keep coming non stop and the defender can do anything about please somebody should help meI have tried using SFC /Scannow on Command Prompt but it wouldn't stopMy Microsoft office have stop responding i don't know what it will attack next !!!My PC Is Hp Pavilion x360 convertible 14-dyxxooo, Intel Core i5, 11th Gen.

Can i use Windows Defender Antivirus to eliminate the win32/expiro and win64/expiro

I can't get rid of some malwares, Win32/expiro win64/expiro I've tried almost everything I've read on internet, I don't know what is left for me to do, I'd appreciate some help

Windows Defender alerted me about Expiro.NDP!MTB. I tried removal with WD which proved impossible. I tried a full scan with WD but it was never ending.

I tried the safe mode procedure but could not access WD

Next I tried ESET

ESET found and deleted several application files with Expiro variants but no Expiro.NDP!MTB was discovered. It scanned a total of around 900,000 files.

I then ran WD again it indicated I had the same infection in still more files.

It could not remove them again so I re-ran another full scan with WD but this time after scanning over 2 million ( yes 2 million) files it couldn't stop indicating a never reducing completion of around 15mins.

It seems the infection is spreading and the malware is causing WD to run in a kind of loop.

I have spent very many hours trying to resolve the problem.
