    Please, I can't download files from anywhere. It's not a network issue but something...


    Whenever I download files, either through Chrome or other clients like Adobe's Creative Cloud Manager, they always get interrupted. For chrome downloads, I have to manually hit the restart button and the download picks up from where it left, so I do it multiple times until I finish. For other downloads like Creative Cloud this won't work as the download won't resume from where it was interrupted so that makes it impossible to finish any download. I'm not sure what to do, I have visited multiple forums and questions and none of them can provide me an answer. I know it is not a connectivity issu
