Windows 10: Please I need help here with my desktop dell Optiplex 9010 core i5 Can't I install...

i can't install windows 10 on my system Dell Optiplex 9010 Core i5 I keep having this issue when every I try to install windows 10, it does not show the first dialogue box after loading while trying to run installation, after I click boot from CD ROM it then show the windows logo, and then show a plane purple color and after 20 to 30 mins it show the blue error screen and restart by its self

USB device not working on Optiplex 9010

I did plug in external HDD and went to device manager.
There is none of unknown devices in the list (picture below)


OK disabled and enabled USB 3.0 root hub and then pluged in external HDD,here is exclamation mark I got:

Switching HdD's in Optiplex 9010

My main computer a Dell OptiPlex 9010 (which I’ve had for several years), has a C drive that is a 117 GB HdD. with 68.8 GB free. In the 2nd bay I installed 1.7 TB HdD with 404GB free that is used for storage.
I bought a 2nd refurbed Dell Optilex 990 to transcode MP4’’s to DVD’s that will play on a stand-a-lone DVD player. My question is, will the Optiplex 990 C- drive; a 1.81 TB HdD with 433 GB free, work in the 9010 chassis & function ok? This 9010 is the one I want to keep. Both computers have Windows 10 Pro 64 bit O.S.
