Windows 10: Please let me remove KB5016616, I've tried every methods.

KB5016616 has ruined my PC.It will take around 30 minutes to actually use the PC after each reboot; it used to be seconds. i7-6700K, 16GB ram, gtx 1070And all the applications including windows apps and even cmd or task manager will take 3~5 minutes to open after double clicking them; with low CPU and Memory usage.The updates after KB5016616 didn't help neither.I've tried every method I could find from the net to uninstall it, but all methods ended with an error.Uninstall from Control Panel GUI - An error has occurred. i ve tried everything:with atiflash from dos,winflash.step by step with bios powercolor hd 6970 from the database.
nothing,doesn´t work.any suggestion????

I have removed my visa card, but now have my mobile operator listed as a payment method, how to REMOVE this ?
