Adobe SVG Viewer use in Win 10

It is a web based application. The FORD site is configured for IE but most functions will work on WIn 10, Chrome or Mozilla except svg viewer. The wiring diagrams will not render when opened using any other browser. Ford has suggested that a user can download
a version of IE (9 or hgher) and use that as the vehicle to operate the technical data site. OR You can configure Win 10 to open a specific program in a previous Windows "session". No idea how to do that?

A1. The Ford site works on Win 10

A2. Adobe svg viewer will not work on Win 10

A3. We are unable to view the graphics

A4. You could see the diagrams, zoom in/out, link to adjacent diagrams, print views, etc...

 

Windows 10 Tweaks

• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

Hi Jeffrey,

We suggest you to run this command and check.

• Press Win + X keys on the keyboard and select
  Command Prompt(Admin).
• Type or copy, paste the command in the command prompt DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
  and hit Enter.
• Restart the computer and check.

Provide us the event viewer logs to troubleshoot more on this issue.

• Press Win + X key on the keyboard and select Event Viewer.
• Check for the application logs and provide it
  here for further troubleshooting purpose.
