    Snip & Sketch Tool

    The new Windows Snip & Sketch tool seems too be just a nicer looking Snipping Tool, which I welcome nicely, but I do not see any significant change. The only was to annotate clearly is by using a pen device. Maybe ok if your device is portable, but useless
    when collaborating from a desktop (like the majority of the tool users do).

    Do you agree with me in that text box input is a necessity in this new tool? Microsoft, please advise.

    Wow. Many years on I still do not have a simple annotation tool to add text. HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE???? Snipping Tool and Snip and Sketch we never updated for this obvious flaw? Its completely useless without adding typed text! Litterally no testing before shipping!

    Complete waste of time Microsoft! Noone who designed it tested it, or ever sought a single User Testing feedback?

    Snip & Sketch suddenly useless!  

    You can try using one of the 3rd party tools that include a Hide update option such as Windows Update Minitool.

    As for the tool above - in what way doesn't it run? On 21H1: some of what I see (in reverse order, sorry!)
