File property changing

Why does file property change takes very long time ?

I have a list of MP4 files - which are converted from the disks (morally legal - since the disks are original, e.g. Warner, Criterion etc, and retained, not resold - the MP4/H264 conversion is to store disks as permanent archive, and watch through hard-disk,
to avoid wear and tear).

For the ripping I have several softwares (all licensed) - because once in a while I find software X is unable to rip, but Y is able to etc.

After the ripping is done, I fill up some of the fields - eg actor, director, year, etc. Using normal explorer (property change)

In this exercise, I have found something very strange. In the files from one of the software, after changing, saving these fields takes minutes (in fact some times 5-7 minutes). In another - it is almost instantaneous.

Anybody can tell why ? Is there anyway to make it quick ?

ethernet properties

Uninstall network adapter:
