I have a new build PC. I installed window 11 pro. I have no issue in the installation. However on my ETHERNET, is saying that "network cable unplugged". The cable from my router is connected on my CPU.When I run a diagnosis on the ETHERNET, it is saying "Get an app to open this ms-contact-support link".I have searched it on the ms store and tips, there's no app and there's no solution that was given to me.Please resolve this.

Ethernet Network Cable Unplugged Problem

Well, the new compatible adapter has just been delivered. I installed the necessary driver from Lenovo support and driver extension from Windows update, but still, the adapter LEDs are light for a second when it is plugged in, and inside the Network Connections, Ethernet 4 - Network Cable Unplugged is still visible.

After spending money on new ethernet cables and adapters, the result is still the same, and I have absolutely no idea why it doesn't work.

this video, starting at 2:43, at first, the adapter network cable is unplugged on the network connections tab as well and I think it is not "exactly" related to the adapter being "completely" disconnected. When the guy in the video plugs the ethernet cable, it simply works.

I mean, the computer knows the device is connected but for some reason, it can't receive data from the modem, when I plug the ethernet cable into the adapter.

Maybe there are configurations I should make as --dashdotdot said.
