Windows 10: Please Restore to Win 10, Important Files are Missing and Expensive Software. Please HELP!!

Somehow my laptop was 'upgraded' to Windows 11 from Windows 10 without my knowledge or permission. I was hospitalized for 2 weeks and when I finally returned all of my most important document files, photos, original music files, creative papers and expensive software were missing. Just gone!! Although the C drive does seem to contain hundreds of gigs of files which I cannot retrieve, as well as programs that I pay for monthly including Microsoft programs that I can't access at all. I desperately need to be able to access some of these files in order to complete insurance applications. I hav

I don't know if will help, but I noticed in a thread someone (@chefsuccess.com) mentioned, that, you need to use the restore to import the file.

I don't use the software, so, I have no idea on the steps/procedure.
