Windows 10: Please rschedule the exam as early as possible

I recently schedule Microsoft Azure AI 102 900 exam with openvue. When I run system test, I download this software for testing my pc it says that it's only run in 64 Bit PC.... Can you give OnVUE for Windows 8 32 Bit computer for take this exams?

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.

 

Azure exam

Hello

I signed up for the Azure AZ-900 online exam (Pearson VUE).



Unfortunately, every time the app (Pearson VUE) got into simulation mode it crashed.

So I could not take the exam.



I have tried to explain myself several times to chat support without success.



At some point, I was directed to open a ticket in my Azure account, that it is not really effective

1. It is not possible to open a ticket about anything besides Azure products

2. Because the account is free there is no support and it is not possible to open a ticket.



I would love to get a refund and I am still interested in doing the exam, is there any support for the Pearson VUE app?

Is there another option to take the exam?
