If you cannot get past the first password on your computer, can you still transfer the data from one drive to another and why would you want to do this? Took my computer in to get repaired as simply could not get past the first password, and the technician changed drives without telling me and now I don't have any of my C drive documents, photos, or even Microsoft Office Suite and no audio either now. yet he charged me hundreds of dollars. He didn't ring to ask me for the key for the Microsoft Office that I had brought.

One question thou: you suggested me to Download the latest driver package from Nvidea. However, the link you posted is for the newly released GeForce GTX 760? Am I supposed to download the drivers for that card?

Hi, you would need to describe exactly what you have done step by step as the possibilities in your minimal description are many. We don't even know for sure exactly where your original disk is or what method you have used, so no point suggesting data recovery methods yet. Did our Epson printer get hacked?

Another question, is this on a home network or a work network? The steps @eidairaman1 listed are always a good first step. If this is on a work network you manage, I'd be much more concerned than the home one. It is possible someone is screwing with you, but malware could also be the culprit.
