I would like to stop an unauthorised device from connecting to my Bluetooth of my Microsoft Surface Pro X tablet. I have attempted to use the Wireless display adapter app to select the option to unpair a device to enable to connect to my Bluetooth only by entering in a private code, however this option does not show as available to me. Also, if I select to ‘forget’ an unauthorised device showing on my screen to impair them from my Bluetooth, does this guarantee that they not be able to connect with my tablet in the future? Thanks.

Unauthorised login

I have ESET AV on my computer, I keep getting notices that someone has logged in using the phantom account created by the anti theft function of the software. Can anyone advise on how to stop these unauthorised logins.

 

Unauthorised Battery

I have a Lenovo laptop (model is the Lenovo Flex 3) and it claims to have an unauthorised battery. I have had this laptop for nearly two years and I have already purchased a new battery due to having an unauthorised battery (so yes, this is now the second
time).

I would like to know if there is any way I can fix my laptop without having to buy a new battery, or a new laptop.

Any advice and help is appreciated.
