Where to download old Server 2008 SP2 hotfix?

Looking for Windows6.0-KB976674-v3-x86.msu for Server 2008 SP2 32-bit (Vista-based), but it's nowhere to be found. We're trying to migrate from this server, but in the meantime, we're getting killed with service timeouts (Event ID 7011 errors), and this
hotfix is supposed to address the issue.

The computer stops responding when you access some shared files from a computer that is running Windows Server 2008 or Windows Vista

Is this superceded by a different hotfix? I can't find any info on it other than the file name and archived page.

Hotfix for MaxJSONLength does not work for windows server 2008 standard

Hi Microsoft,

After reading FIX: ”The length of the string exceeds the value set on the maxJsonLength property” error message when you access an ASP.NET 3.5 web form - Microsoft Support I email to you and had gotten the hotfix
for windows server 2008 standard.

I have installed the hotfix to the server, it does not fix the error.



FYI, we do have the followings in the web.config.

After installing the hotfix, I find the System.Web.Extensions.dll “Product Version” and “Date Modified” does not change at all. I think that is the reason why the hotfix does not help.



Any idea on how to fix the error in windows server 2008 standard? Many thanks.
