Windows 10: Please somebody help me I'm going crazy lol.

So basically my windows 10 laptop was going super slow(wifi I mean) and I decided to run a speed test and found out I was literally running .25 download and .32 upload!!!! My phones 80 down 90 something upload. So it sent me down a big rabbit hole of ways to fix it like forgetting network and messing with the DNS settings and checking driver updates. I should also mention my laptop internet was fine until a couple days ago. But then I noticed that windows 10 version 20H2 was stuck at 100% in my updates avaliable. And I'm hoping that's the cause of my wifi issues but I can't seem to fix this either. I've cleared windows caches, shut down and restarted multiple times. I just don't know what to do. I even got the windows update assistant but when I try to use that it doesn't move from 0% probably because the damn wifi isn't even 1. But please please someone help me. I'm not very smart at all with computers and I need this for work.

I appreciate the troubleshooting steps you have tried to resolve the issue. Follow the Methods below and check if that helps.

Method 1: Run the
Hardware and Devices troubleshooter and check.



Hardware and Devices troubleshooter checks for common problems and makes sure that any new device or hardware connected to your PC is installed correctly.

• Right click on the start menu and select control panel.
• In the category select small icons.
• Select Troubleshooting.
• Select View all on the top left corner.
• Click on Hardware and Devices.
• Follow the on-screen instructions to run the troubleshooter.

Method 2: Please follow the steps to
run System Maintenance troubleshooter on the computer:

• Type “Control Panel” on the search box.
• Click on Troubleshooting.
• Click on View all option on the left side of the Windows.
• Click on System Maintenance option.
• Click on Next and follow the onscreen instructions to troubleshoot the issue.

As you have mentioned that you have reinstalled Windows 10; it might be hardware issue if the about steps didn't help in resolving the problem I suggest you to contact PC manufacturer for further support. Thank you.

Connect via pc suite mass storage then go back to app man and delete? Or will they delete automatically? A little thick i am Petrib! Step by step instructions please lol!
